Important Questions:

• Did you receive the consent form? If not, access the form here.
• Do you have diabetes, sleep apnea, constipation, epilepsy, or are you taking a blood thinner? If yes, call us 5 days before the appointment at: 061 922 06 06 or send us an e-mail at info@praxis-steuerwald.ch.

Preparation:

• Fill out the consent form, answer the questions, and sign it.
• Do not smoke 12 hours before the appointment.
• Do not eat anything 6 hours before the appointment, and do not drink anything 4 hours before the appointment.
• Plan your arrival and return: You are not allowed to drive a vehicle for 12 hours after the procedure. Accompanying persons cannot wait at the practice.
• Bring along: Consent form and health insurance card.
