Did you receive bot consent forms? If not, access the form here and here
Do you have diabetes, sleep apnea, constipation, epilepsy, or are you taking a blood thinner? If yes, call us 5 days before the appointment at: 061 922 06 06 or send us an e-mail at info@praxis-steuerwald.ch.

Adjust your diet 2 days before the appointment (see instructions).
Do not smoke 12 hours before the appointment.
Perform bowel preparation according to the instructions.
Fill out the consent form, answer questions, and sign it.
Plan your arrival and return: You are not allowed to drive a vehicle for 12 hours after the procedure. Accompanying persons cannot wait at the practice.
Bring along: Consent form and health insurance card.
